1.Member of Club.

To enable you to have access to the members pages, you must be a member of an affiliated club in Surrey.

You as an individual, must be affiliated to Bowls England and Bowls Surrey.

Your club Secretary must enter your details which must include your email address on the online system.

2. Activate your account.

Once your details are on the system, your account can be activated, this can be initiated by yourself, your club secretary or by the system administrator. (See details below).

To activate yourself, click on "members" on website, you should see a LOGIN screen Click on "create login", this will take you to a screen asking for your details, it will also give the following message "Please enter your name and email address from below to register. If your details are found on the system, an email will be sent to you. If you are unsure of any of your details, please check with a club officer responsible for County affiliation."

When you get the email, follow the instructions. it will ask you to ACTIVATE your account. It will ask for your USERNAME which is your EMAIL ADDRESS, it will also ask you to set a PASSWORD, this you make up yourself, it is a minimum of 8 characters, with at least 1 capital letter and at least 1 numeric. do not use any symbols., once you have done this it will ask you to login again with the password you have just created, agree to the "Privacy policy", then you are in.

3. Who do I contact if I have a problem.

4. What do I have access to.

You will have access to the "Members pages" on the website, which holds all the historical records, plus support for club administrators which includes affiliations. Plus, a lot more.

You also have access to your personal details held by Bowls Surrey, which you can amend to ensure they are correct.

Access to the Competitions & Matches, where you can enter your competition results and apply to play in county run matches.

If you are a County Badged player, you are eligible to play in County Friendly, President, and Bowls Surrey Celebration and (Junior Under 31) matches.

If you are not a County Badged player, you are eligible to play in President, and Bowls Surrey Celebration matches and (Junior Under 31).

If you would like to participate, please contact the County Match Secretaries who will process your request, which will enable you to apply for matches.
